[2022 Tour-tainer Recruitment]

The Seoul Tourism Organization is recruiting “2022 Tour-tainer” to work as creators specializing in Seoul experience tourism.



This year, Tour-tainers are recruited separately by dividing into existing and new members.

Any YouTube long-form creator who previously served as Tour-tainer can reapply, and short-form active creators of YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels are also welcome. 

We look forward to the participation of many talented people who will share the various charms of Seoul experience tourism around the world.



1. Recruitment overview

- Application Period: May 25, 2022 (Wed.) – June 15, 2022 (Wed.)

- Recruitment Number: 3 existing/new teams each (total of 6 teams) *Can apply as individual/team 

- Qualification

 (common)

  1) Foreigners residing in Korea during the period of activity

  2) Those who own a YouTube channel or a social media account (Instagram)

  3) Those with the ability to plan and produce video and content

 (Existing) Existing Active One More Trip Tour-tainer

 (new) Applicants with 10,000+ Instagram followers or 1,000+ YouTube subscribers

- Activity period: July 2022 – November 2022 (5 months)



2. How to Apply

1) Download the application form from the “Seoul Tourism Organization/One More Trip” website, fill it out, and submit by email with the assignment to onemoretrip.recruit@gmail.com.

2) Assignment: Select two of the themes below and create and submit videos that suit the theme

- Themes: Choose two among food&drink, history, entertainment, sports&wellness, art&culture

- Topic: “Reunion with Seoul after the Pandemic”

  (Existing) Long-form video less than 3 minutes long created according to the topic

  (New) Short-form video less than 1 minute long created according to the topic



3. Activity Details

- Video content production for ONE MORE TRIP Seoul experience tour package (free experience supported)

- Tour-tainer Induction and Award ceremony

- Video content creation mission



4. Activity Benefits

- Selection and awarding of excellent Tour-tainers

- Activity and mission allowance: 1.6 million won

- Official Tour-tainer certificate from the Seoul Tourism Organization

- Customized education for each channel’s characteristics for growth as an influencer



5. Announcement of Selection: June 20, 2022 (Mon) To be announced on the One More Trip website, and reported to each team individually

○ For the chosen participants 6.27.(Mon.) Induction ceremony



6. Note

- The “2022 Tour-tainer Recruitment” will be carried out according to internal criteria and screening, and details will not be disclosed.

- No objection can be made regarding the composition of judges/criteria/results.

- Applicants are responsible for the cost of video submission for the application, and submitted videos will not be returned.

- If the submitted assignment video has infringed on the intellectual property rights of others, such as imitation or plagiarism, the selection may be canceled, and the eligibility for benefits may be revoked.
